


8 oz Simple Root Cream Cheese, at room temperature
4 oz vegan butter, at room temperature
6 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Step 1
In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer blend the butter and cream cheese together on low speed until thoroughly combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix for an additional minute.
Step 2
Add the powdered sugar one cup at a time until smooth. Use as a frosting for your favorite cake, cookie, or cupcake recipe.
